Clinical Domain Working Groups(CDWG)

 

Mission Statement: The mission of the Cancer Somatic Workgroup is to facilitate the development of data curation interfaces and standards for interpretation of somatic changes and their clinical actionability in order to enhance the usability, dissemination and implementation of cancer somatic changes in the ClinGen resource to improve healthcare.

Vision Statement: The Cancer Somatic Workgroup aims to collaborate with expert groups to develop processes that support accurate determination of clinical relevance of somatic changes for use by physicians, clinical laboratories, researchers, and guideline-developing groups.
